*Orders to Canada would encounter some delay in shipment due to:

- The complicated outbreak of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant in Canada

- Detrimental effects of snowstorms and freezing in many areas over the country on the Customs clearance and delivery

Hence, in total, an average delay time is expected to last approximately 10-12 days, including 5 more days at customs and 5 more days in delivery than normal.
