1: Shipping Country
Packages from our warehouse would be shipped to more than 200 countries (United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Mexico, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, South Africa, etc...). Moreover, customers could have a wide range of options to choose and enjoy your best items sold on the Store.
However, due to some difficulties in transportation, there are still some regions where our store can not support shipment. Please check here to examine the availability of your location for shipment.
2: Processing & Shipping Time
Please note that the stated delivery time frame which is mentioned in the below table is an estimate, and under certain circumstances such as the period of Covid-19 pandemics, customs or weather delays, deliveries may exceed the stated time frame.
Once your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email. You can then follow the package by pasting the tracking code, order number or email in our tracking portal.
The below table would obviously demonstrate the time when you can expect to receive your orders. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe we offer below.
- The stage of production: the stage when your parcels are still under production. The production timeline could be changed depending on the overall number of orders received on a daily basis.
- The stage of delivery: From the time when carriers hand over and take responsibilities to deliver packages to the time when the packages reach the final destination(s).

3: Shipping Fee
The Shipping Fee would be charged depending on each region ( the US, Canada, Australia, Europe and the rest of world) , the shipping method and the weight of the parcel. For further reference, please check the Shipping rate in the table below
4: Change shipping Address
Please be noted that you can only change the shipping address of your order within 8 hours after placing the order.
If you would like to make an address change, please get in touch with us via our support service email@example.com to request modification .
Every request which is raised later than 8 hours from the purchasing time will not be accepted. Please check the order confirmation email which is sent to you right after your order is placed to check all the information.
5: Incorrect Shipping Address
Please be sure that your address is updated correctly at checkout since we would not take any responsibility for the fact that your parcels are shipped to the wrong address.
When orders are returned because of an unavailable address, you would be requested a re-shipping fee to be resent your packages again.
After the order has left our warehouse, If you get in touch with the final mile carriers to make any change related to your parcel, the problems about lost, stolen, damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) would not be responsible by the store.
6: Track Order
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow and check the status of your package(s)! You can track your order in our tracking portal here
In case you attempt to track your package(s) and the result is still unavailable, it means that the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system (the time frame can be longer depending on how fast the shipment is processed successfully by the postal services). When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking event(s) will populate on the tracking page.
Sometimes the tracking code is also unavailable if the package is travelling through sorting centers.
60 Day+ Buyer Protection Program.
Please keep your patience as you have our 60 Day+ Buyer Protection Program. With this policy, the rights of customers when shopping in the store would be ensured and protected. In the circumstance that If customers do not receive parcel(s) within 60 days from the order time, reshipment or a money back guarantee would be offered to make up for clients’ inconvenience. However, the 60 Day+ Buyer Protection Program would not cover transactions concerning the following cases:
- Mistakes caused by clients when updating shipping information on order(s)
- Missed parcel deliveries

7: Other shipping & delivery information
7.1: Custom Duties, Tax and Charges
Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. All taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the receiver. The VAT charges may vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.
7.2: Partial shipment
Due to logistical reasons, sometimes items included in your order are likely to arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another, even if you've opted for the combined shipment.
7.3: The origin of products
Our factories and warehouses are located in many parts of the world such as Vietnam, US, China, Thailand, Singapore..The place where your package(s) is produced would be picked depending on the convenience of each region(s), the availability of natural sources and materials. Please take our product description and shipping policy into consideration to update information related to the time of delivery.
7.4: Shipping Carrier
In order to cater our dearest clients well, our store offers 2 shipping methods: Fast Shipping ( carried by TNT, DHL…) and Standard Shipping ( mainly carried by YunExpress). Please take a moment to consider the above-mentioned table regarding the shipping cost to determine your preferred method
